Patrick Williams and Julie Schneider met while attending art school. Patrick focused on fine art while Julie explored design. As their relationship developed, so did their love of art and design. Together they focus that energy on educating the next generation of artists and designers. Edge and Field is the merging of those two worlds. Sharing artwork from Patrick’s abstract collection and combining it with a product from CMYK to make something entirely new.

Patrick Bio

Patrick’s artistic career has meandered between fine art and illustration. He has shown work internationally and illustrated everything from comics to children’s books. For the last ten years he has been the Director of the Digital Media Conservatory at the Orange County School of the arts where he strives to inspire the next generation of creative thinkers. 

Julie Bio

Julie started her career in the design industry almost 20 years ago in branding and marketing. That journey brought her to the Experiential design field where she designs shows for fortune 500 clients like Nintendo, Kia Motors, Mercedes-Benz, Visa, Lowes, Cisco Systems and Bank of America. She has recently started a company named CMYK that explores the crossover of art and design. They curate products and create projects that help children learn problem solving through the design process.
